Prepare your body and mind to face fierce competition using breathwork & mindfulness meditation. Increase mental clarity and improve energy.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to harness your inner power and prepare your body and mind to face fierce competition through the practice of mindfulness meditation and breathwork (pranayama). Activities will center on cultivating increased mental clarity and developing laser-sharp focus. You will also leave with simple breathing exercises you can practice anytime to give you a boost of energy when hours of competition leave you drained. No prior meditation experience required. Must be able to breathe.
