A team based board game, 1st in the award-winning Colonial Trilogy. Quick to learn, fun to play!
The year is 1754 and France and Britain have thriving colonies in North America. New England has begun to expand west into the Ohio River Valley from their settlements along the eastern seaboard. In response, France has built a chain of forts to protect their American territorial claims, extending from Lake Erie to the Gulf of Mexico! A deadly confrontation between British and French forces deep in the Appalachian wilderness sparks the beginning of a world war that engulfs the Americas, Europe, India and Scandinavia. ‘1754 Conquest’ is the first in the Colonial Trilogy following the award willing ‘1775 Rebellion’ of the Birth of America series from Academy Games. Players command the armies of the French Regulars, French Canadiens, British Regulars, British Colonials, and Native American Allies, to decide the fate of the developing American Colonies! 2-4 players.
