Come learn the basics of cross stitch and make a functional/decorative small storage box with a D20! Pattern and supplies are provided. Completion of project at home may be required.
During this event, you will learn how to cross stitch, including what supplies are necessary for cross stitch, how to start, complete, and finish stitches, what to do with your completed works, and good resources for gaming/nerd culture themed cross stitch patterns. All experience levels are welcome at this event! The pattern, box, thread, and needles will be provided. PLEASE BRING A PENCIL AND SCISSORS. I will have a limited number of scissors available. As a note - Cross stitch takes some time to complete, so do not expect to finish during the 2 hour time slot if you are a beginner. You should be able to complete the project at home on your own time, as after learning how to make a basic stitch, you will be able to complete all stitches in the pattern.
