Learn stretches curated for gamers prone to sitting for hours at the gaming table. This fun & interactive class will help focus your mind & keep your body feeling great in simple, achievable ways.

You only get one body so treat it right. For game enthusiasts time can just slip by at the table & a simple walk to the bathroom may not be enough to keep our bodies feeling their best. This class will teach a combination of simple stretches & restorative yoga poses designed to battle the various strains, pains, & cramps that can develop from extended sitting. All while quieting the mind and creating relaxation and focus. This is a 101 level class so most anyone can attend. Participation is welcomed but not required. Attendees should only do activities they feel physically comfortable with & do so at their own risk. If you have yoga equipment please bring a bolster, strap, & 2 bricks (more if you like). If not please try to have 3-4 pillows, the firmer the better, & a sturdy strap around 6 feet long. This class is a great way to start the day, hopefully not to early.
