Based on the HBO series of the same name. Two prom queens have been brutally murdered in Sault St. Marie: one on the American side, one in Canada. A joint task force is created to solve the case.
Sault St. Marie is actually two cities, one in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the other across the St. Mary River in Canada. The two towns are linked by economics, culture, and a single bridge. A task force of Canadian Mounties, Michigan State Police, and Chippewa tribal police join together to solve two murders with mysterious motives.
