The year is 1939. After foiling a German plot to cripple the United States production of war materials the office of strategic services (OSS) has implemented a worldwide search for the German scientist Heinrick Kohl the architect of the plot. Now credible information leads investigators to the island of Jamaica where Heinrick enjoys diplomatic immunity thanks to a friendly British governor. Your group must travel to Jamaica aboard the USS Russel T Beckett and find out what Heinrick is up to, foil his plot, and return him to the United States for trial, or will Jamaica you scared.
