In the 1920's, Inaho awoke a vampire named Mosquiton with her blood, making a contract and binding him to her service. She hunts for an ancient artifact (an Out-Of-Place Artifact or O-Part) that will grant her immortality. There are a number of other supernatural monsters (including the Comte de St. Germain) who are also hunting it, however.
