For 99 years the Mad Emperor Marion has been giving away a Ring of Three Wishes at noon every day. The gods have determined that this madness must end. A group of clerics has been assembled to see to it. A group of mages is on hand because they don’t trust the clerics with the power of the Wish Rings. Every character has one or more private goals.
