This workshop will cover both the physical and mental aspects of self defense. Part of the time will be devoted to discussion on information and safe habits, and the rest will be devoted to practicing actual self defense techniques. Both instructors are 4th degree blackbelts and certified instructors with over 20 years of martial arts experience in the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do.
