Drago Radhac, longtime kingpin of Constantinople’s underworld, is throwing himself a retirement party. You’re invited to join the other gamblers, rakes, pirates and criminals at this wild bash. Drago Radhac has been the most powerful and notorious kingpin in the Constantinople underworld for the last twenty years. He is well known among the under- and entertainment classes of the great city of Constantinople, capital of the British Near East provinces. Drago has been throwing magnificent parties for years and now that he’s announced the date for his retirement, he’s throwing one more extravaganza. He plans on celebrating a lifetime of a certain kind of success, but not everyone is equally enamored of the idea of the crime lord’s peaceful retirement and a number of up-and-comers are looking to carve up Drago’s kingdom. Join the gamblers, accomplices and general merry-makers of Drago’s acquaintance for a night to remember!
