Hands on, paint provided. How to layer, glaze, feather and tween to create smooth transitions from one colour to another or from shade to highlight. Includes free Dark Sword mini and colour handout. One of the biggest challenges when painting miniature figures is achieving a smooth transition between two colours, or between the shade, mid-tone and highlight of an area. Join award-winning painter Rhonda ‘Wren’ Bender to learn various techniques and tricks that will help you achieve smoother colour transitions. Techniques include choosing and mixing colours, layering, feathering, glazing and tweening. Each attendee receives a free high-quality figure from Dark Sword Miniatures, and a colour hand-out. This is a hands-on class. Paints and other supplies are provided, but you are encouraged to bring a good brush.
