Alright, form up, soldiers. We’ve been pulled out of deep-freeze early and I’ve got a ton of news so listen up! Turns out the Weyland Yutani Corporation has declared itself a colonial power and has seceded from the nations of Terra. Now I don’t have the time to explain to you how their claims of colonial rights are illegal, so you’ll just have to trust me on it. As such, the Brass has put out a call that the Marines are to shut down this little secession before it gets out of hand. So that’s why we’re awake early and about 5 parsecs off course. We’re approaching orbit around Thetis 20 Reticuli in the Episilon Reticuli system. You all might be wondering why we’re here, what with the Garrison there. Well, Thetis is one of WY’s major holdings and they wanted it all to themselves. Long story short, they pretty much wiped out the Garrison forces there. Now we’re the reprisal.
