The border system of Cthonia, once disputed territory, has been granted to the Sathar in compliance with the Klaeok Treaty that ended major hostilities. The small UPF colony on Cthonia Prime has been evacuated, the refugees leaving just ahead of the Sathar occupation. But not everyone is accepting of the New Peace. And, with tensions on the Frontier still running high, even a small spark could set off another galactic war.
