Walk through the heart of Indianapolis to the City Market Catacombs. Tour the Roman-looking underground remains of 1886 Tomlinson Hall, destroyed by fire in 1958, and peruse the Market vendors. Walk through the heart of downtown Indianapolis on your way to the Indianapolis City Market Catacombs. Tour the Roman-looking underground remains of Tomlinson Hall, built in 1886 and destroyed by fire in 1958. After the tour, peruse the 20+ food and gift vendors at the Indianapolis City Market before returning to GenCon. Please note that the Catacombs features a damp basement environment and an uneven dirt floor. Closed-toed shoes are required. Please also note that the Catacombs are not handicapped accessible.
