This charming indie rock outfit is making a rare all ages appearance outside of their native borough of Brooklyn to play upbeat songs about love and heartbreak in the world of Dungeons & Dragons.
The indie rock outfit is making a rare all-ages appearance outside of their native borough of Brooklyn to play a sets worth of songs about love and heartbreak in the world of Dungeons & Dragons. Called “…one of the sharpest bands to ever hit the scene…†by the Nerdy Show and “damn good… damn good indeed†by Geek Radio Daily, the bespectacled five-hander strikes the perfect balance between playing no-frills tunes and telling a worthwhile story, offering something fresh to even the most jaded nerd rock aficionado. The band keeps things clean enough, and has a propensity towards keeping it brief, burning through their jams with hooky, minimalist musicality, stopping only to guzzle their drinks or poll the audience about "where the Catan at." Take a CD with you when you leave, and be warned: these songs will undoubtedly bounce around your brain for the rest of the convention.
