Sarah made mom proud when she released with The Oatmeal, "The Motherf**king Pterodactyl Song". She left opera to sing of cats, Cylons, and center pivot irrigation and to write NSFW chord progressions.
Sarah has been a musical guest on NPR and won several songwriting prizes, including ones from Newsong Mountain Stage and Kerrville Folk Festival. She has shared the stage with Lisa Loeb, Jill Sobule, A Great Big World, The Doubleclicks, and Marian Call. She also published a weekly syndicated cat advice music video series on Catster.com. Several days before she wrote this blurb, she quit her day job. Come to the show and see if it worked out!
