The free people of New York must overthrow the insidious Dr. Morrow. A combination of kung fu melodrama, exploitation films, & Mad Max. An over-the-top action melodrama focused on storytelling.
This action melodrama is a fusion of kung fu melodrama, exploitation films, and Mad Max. In this post-apocalyptic dystopia, technology is monopolized by the Clone Masters, a powerful few who seek to enslave all of humanity and serve their own debauched purposes. The people of New York have united and now face their greatest threat, the insidious Dr. Morrow. This is a role playing game of high action and impossible odds, but the focus is always on the personal stories of the heroic people who would change the world. While this game will use the Mutants and Masterminds rules, the dice are always secondary to the story. This is an action adventure for storytellers. Those looking for a more traditional game may be disappointed.
