Captain's Log: I've been contacted by Admiral Chupp on a dangerous situation in the Nordian System. One of our vessels has been downed and during rescue operations, a disturbing plot is unfolding.
Captain's Log: Star Date: 62151.5. During our ordeal in the Tython Nebula, the Excalibur was exposed to high levels of exotic radiation. For the sake of crew safety, she is undergoing a purging baryon sweep earlier than scheduled. Normally, this would allow the whole crew a couple day's shore leave, however, I've been contacted by Admiral Chupp about a dangerous situation in the Nordian System, along the Andorian / Vulcan border. One of our vessels has been downed on Nordia Prime, and now a disturbing plot is unfolding around the rescue operations. Starfleet believes that outside assistance is needed before more lives are lost.
