This Japanese inspired class will teach you the essential skills to sushi making. You will learn how to make three different rolls, whose techniques can be used in other rolls you make in the future.

Looking for a more adult crowd at Gen Con? Want your friends to be jealous of your sushi rolling skills? This class is for you. This Japanese inspired class is designed to teach you the essential knowledge and techniques of beginner's sushi making. You will learn how to make three different rolls, whose techniques can be used in other rolls you make in the future. You will leave ready to roll your own sushi. Part of this event will also include an informal subjective contest with a prize for the top three sushi rollers. Even if the event is sold out, feel free to stop by at the time of the event as we sometimes have extra ingredients and cancellations. Just make sure to bring the equivalent cost in generic or other event tickets. While scheduled for 2 hours, the actual event time will be slightly shorter, allowing the presenters time to setup beforehand and cleanup afterwards.
