3 foolproof drop flowers using two techniques, a perfect flower every time. For cakes, cookies, cupcakes etc. Students will be provided with 3 professional flower tips and a flower nail to keep.
Students will work with royal icing as well as color flow icing which will be provided. We will discuss icing consistency, coloring, troubleshooting, tools and technique. Students will learn how to make 3 different types of foolproof drop flowers for use in any type of sugar decorating through hands on participation. Flower nails will be provided to students and are yours to keep. Please contact me in advance if you are left handed to ensure that I have the best tips for you.
