Dioramas are a sugar craft that harkens back to the Victorian Era. Learn to mold sugar, use fondant, paint, and assemble a sugar diorama. You will need a basic knowledge of icing for this class.

Learn a new skill soon to be lost to the annals of history. Learn about casting a sugar mold and get a great working recipe. Make and take your own panoramic fairy glen or clockwork treasure. From grains of sugar to a one of a kind piece of confectionary art. Learn how to make a diorama of sugar. We will work on assembly, perspective, and skill technique and professional finishing. Participants will need at least a basic knowledge of cake decorating technique for this workshop, I will NOT be teaching icing manufacture, constancy, tinting, or complicated flowers as these skills are offered in some of my other workshops.
