A worker placement game, which is a step up from its predecessor Agricola. Still plenty of strategy but reduced steps in just the right areas.
Caverna is a worker placement game, which in our experience is a step up from its predecessor Agricola. Still plenty of strategy but reduced steps in just the right areas. Such as turning crops into food. Besides your farm you also have a cave that can be mined, turned into a bigger dwelling, specialty rooms for additional resources, victory points, etc.
