Mexico City. A truce has been called in the Mexican-American War as a bloody serpentine demon rent the ground and ascended above the besieged city. Dignitaries on both sides of the conflict meet to resolve the disaster, to arrange alliances, to obtain land, to secure their futures. Can you stop the creature? Or will you welcome it?
