The year is 1906 & the arctic Malinovy Mines have gone quiet. With the mines being a closely guarded secret, British Special Branch sends a clandestine search & rescue party aboard the RMS Nhyrvana.
In 1902 arctic explorer Willem Stefanson returned from a failed arctic expedition haunted by the things he witnessed. Teetering at the brink of madness he sought refuge in a sanitarium. Two years later he hired an airship crew to return to the scene of the disaster, exonerate his good name and discover the truth at long last. The secrets revealed by the second expedition led to a clandestine scientific collaboration between the British Crown and the Russian Empire as well as the establishment of the Malinovy Mines.
