These two are the driving force behind the construction of the newest marvel of the modern age, the (soon to be) floating sky city Casablanca! Touted by Minerva as a transnational city free from tyrannical national governments, it is to be a place of knowledge and enlightenment where men of all nations can freely innovate and prosper. There are many governments and people of power who would like to see this grand project fail. Without these two this hope for the future may wither and die before it’s even had a chance to float free above the petty squabbles of earthbound nations. Will you let it die or be corrupted?
