Renaissance Adventures has helped thousands of children and teens develop critical thinking, teamwork, ethical reasoning, and other “21st century skills†through live-action roleplaying games. We want to share our insights toward creating a successful company that runs youth larps. With four full-time staff, 40+ seasonal staff, a product line, and the satisfaction of doing what we love and are proud of, our heart is to find others that have the same inspiration. This presentation gives an overview of our business model, how to launch this business in your community, and how to make it grow. You will receive example marketing material and an 80% discount on our game book. We hope to encourage independent entrepreneurs to launch their own larps in 2016, full- or part-time, with the support we offer (training, business methods, manuals, wholesale products, marketing templates, etc.).
