Participants will create their own take-home pouch with gemstones to represent each of the chakra. A guided meditation will follow, teaching the group how to balance physical and spiritual energy.
Chakra are energy centers in the body. No prior knowledge or work with chakra is required. Participants can enjoy the relaxing meditation and working with the stones whether or not they connect with the idea of the chakra.
