Decorate a toy short top hat to suit your style. Items provided in class range from lace to gears and cogs so you can really get creative!
Top hat is made of stiff felt and suitable for indoor use only and would look fine with a costume. Inside circumference of hat is 23 inches. Inside oval is approximately 8" long and 6.75" wide. Hat is approximately 4.5" tall. Please note: You will be working with a hot glue gun in this class.
