Introduction to chakra energy balancing using the vibrational influence of crystals and music tones. Each participant will receive a personal set of crystals to take with them.
This class will begin with a lecture and move on to supervised practice of chakra balancing methods using both tuning forks and crystals from the earth. This is an overview course, but will include detailed references for further self-study and practice.
