Infidelity! Tax evasion! Treason! Lead your soldiers, knaves, nobles, & nuns (nuns?) to investigate the misdeeds of your rivals & administer swift justice! Set in the time of the Three Musketeers.
Infidelity! Tax evasion! Treason! The Marquis de Monet is set to marry the Comtesse de Fric, and the nuptials are prepared for the following morning. The Comtesse suspects that the Marquis is carrying on with Sister Katarina from the nunnery across the river and has sent her trusted servants to investigate the Marquis’ manor for any evidence of the affair. The King suspects the Marquis of smuggling goods and money out of the country to the Spanish, and has sent his own agents to catch the Marquis in his illegal activity. Meanwhile the Marquis and his paramour are desperate for one final night together before he is married to the Comtesse and are doing their best to avoid the King’s and Comtesse’s agents. Lead your soldiers, knaves, nobles, and nuns (nuns?) to investigate the misdeeds of your rivals and administer swift justice!
